Just like John Madden enjoyed the famous Turducken Now you can too. The famous Turduckken is from the south and can now be on your table for dinner. Impress your family with this unique and delicious main dish.

Take the Tur-Duc-Ken completely out of the packaging and place it in a pan. 

You may line the pan with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then cook the Tur-Duc-Ken for four and one half hours covered with legs pointing up and one hour uncovered or until browned. 

Internal temperature for a cooked Tur-Duc-Ken should be 160-180 degrees! Remove woven threading before serving.
