Born
and raised in
Louisiana,
our founders moved to
California in 1984
(banjo plays here).
Although we loved the
lifestyle that Los
Angeles had to offer, we
missed the food that we
grew up smelling and
tasting. So for 20 years
we frequently visited
Louisiana and brought
two or three ice chests
of
Real Smoked Meats
back to Los Angeles for
personal consumption.
The problem was every
time we cooked our
treasure the neighbors
and friends would
conveniently visit at
dinner time every day.
Soon we were shipping
cases from Louisiana for
ourselves and our
friends. Well, it only
took us 20 years to
figure out a way to get
this product to you (
we're fast like that).
Thus was born the "
Louisiana Sausage King".
This time when we went
home to Louisiana we
visited many different
manufacturers of
Real

and made deals with them
to get their product to
you. Now you get to pick
